At Horizon Outdoor Furniture, we stand by the quality of our products. All our outdoor furniture is designed for durability and everyday outdoor living when properly cared for.
Warranty Coverage
We offer a 3-year structural warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
This warranty covers:
- Structural faults in aluminium frames
- Manufacturing defects not caused by misuse or lack of care
Aluminium Frames
All frames are constructed from high-quality, commercial-grade aluminium with fully welded joints to ensure strength and stability. A durable powder-coated finish provides protection against corrosion, fading, chipping, and everyday wear. Minor surface marks may be touched up with suitable paint if required.
Warranty: Limited 3-year structural warranty, unless stated otherwise. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, impact, dragging, or improper handling of furniture.
Polywood
Polywood Components Polywood is a durable, low-maintenance material designed to withstand outdoor conditions. The colour is consistent throughout the material, helping reduce the visibility of scratches or surface marks over time.
Polywood surfaces are easy to maintain and can be cleaned with water and mild detergent as needed.
Warranty: Limited 1-year warranty, unless stated otherwise.
Eucalyptus Wood
Eucalyptus is natural hardwoods with a warm, light brown tone and distinctive grain. As raw timbers, they require ongoing care to maintain their appearance and performance outdoors. Regular cleaning and sealing — typically once or twice per year depending on exposure — is recommended to preserve the timber’s natural beauty and durability.
Warranty: Limited 1-year warranty, unless stated otherwise.
Natural weathering, colour variation, surface checking, and general wear associated with outdoor exposure are not considered manufacturing faults.
Cushions & Fabrics
All fabrics used in our furniture are selected specifically for outdoor environments and are designed to be durable, weather-resistant, and easy to maintain. The tightly woven fibres help minimise absorption and resist everyday spills.
Cushions and fabric covers are not covered under the 3-year structural warranty.
This includes:
- Colour fading
- Fabric wear
- Damage caused by incorrect washing or drying

Cushion Foam
Our cushions are made using high-density moulded outdoor foam designed to hold its shape and provide lasting support. The foam structure allows airflow while helping resist moisture and mould, making it suitable for regular outdoor use with a supportive, firmer feel.
Warranty: Limited 1-year warranty, unless stated otherwise.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Fading, discolouration, or weathering due to exposure to the elements
- Damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow the Care Guide
- Rust caused by scratches, chips, or prolonged exposure to harsh coastal environments without proper care
- Cushion wear, compression, or fabric fading over time
- Damage caused during transport arranged by the customer

- Proof of purchase

- A brief description of the fault
Our team will assess the claim and advise on repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution where applicable.
Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
