Warranty Policy
At Horizon Outdoor Furniture, we stand by the quality and durability of our products. All purchases are covered by guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, in addition to the warranty we provide below.
Warranty Coverage

All furniture items are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

If a product is found to be faulty, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including fading, softening, or stretching of fabrics and cushions.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper assembly.

Damage from exposure to extreme weather, improper storage, or lack of care (e.g. not covering or storing furniture when not in use).

Commercial use (warranty applies to residential use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Clearance, floor stock, or ex-display items (sold “as is” without warranty).
Customer Responsibilities

Customers are required to retain proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).

Furniture should be properly maintained and used according to care instructions provided.
