At Horizon Outdoor Furniture, we aim to provide high-quality outdoor products that you’ll enjoy for years. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Cancelling an order

(Goods paid in full but not collected or delivered)

  • We encourage you to choose your furniture carefully, as we do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection.
  • For full-price items, we are able to provide a store credit or exchange when you present your sales order prior to delivery/collection.
  • For sale items still in stock  we may offer a store credit or exchange when your sales order receipt is provided. Please contact our customer team for details.
  • For clearance lines, floor stock, out-of-stock sale items, or special/custom orders, we cannot provide refunds, credits, or exchanges.

Returns

  • Please make your selection carefully, as we do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong choice, or unsuitable gifts.

  • We strongly recommend checking measurements, finishes, and designs before completing your order to ensure suitability for your space.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives with a fault, damage, or is not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order details and photographs so our team can resolve the issue quickly.
