At Horizon Outdoor Furniture, we aim to make the delivery of your furniture as smooth and efficient as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the Perth metro area - from Yanchep in the north to Mandurah in the south - as well as selected regional WA locations

For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us at horizon.outdoorfutniture@outlook.com for a custom freight quote.
Delivery Costs

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location, order size, and access requirements.

Charges will be shown at checkout or quoted separately for large/bulk orders.
Delivery Timeframes

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–7 business days once payment has been received in full.

Regional or interstate deliveries may take longer depending on courier/freight availability.

Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
Delivery Conditions

Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access for large furniture items (e.g., clear pathways, doorways, gates).

Deliveries are to ground floor only unless prior arrangements have been made.

If no one is available at the delivery address at the agreed time, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Click & Collect / Warehouse Pickup

Orders can also be collected from our warehouse by appointment.

Customers must bring proof of purchase and ensure they have appropriate transport and equipment for collection.
Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, fault, or missing items, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
